Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sweetener
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup butter
- tsp vanilla
- tsp cinnamon
- tsp baking soda
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Roll into balls of dough and press down to flatten them – add them to lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Cool and serve.
