- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tablespoons butter – softened
- 1/4 cup sweetener
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350º and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine flour and sweetener, then add in butter and vanilla.
- Mix well and then spoon onto tray, pressing down on dough using a fork.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
