Almond Flour Keto Biscuits
– 2 cups almond flour
– 2 tsp Baking Powder
– 1/2 tsp Salt
– 2 large Eggs (Whisked)
– 1/3 cup Butter
– 1/4 cup Sour Cream
– Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
– Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Stir in whisked egg, melted butter, and sour cream.
– Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto the lined baking sheet. Form into rounded biscuit shapes, press down.
– Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden. Let cool.
