Simple Keto Pancakes Recipe
– 1/2 cup almond flour
– 4 oz cream cheese
– 4 eggs
– 1 tsp baking powder
– Heat a frying pan to medium.
– In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs together.
– Add the cream cheese and almond flour and whisk together until well mixed.
– Add butter to your pan, and pour about 3 heaping tablespoons of your batter into the pan; cook until golden.
*** Serve with berries, sugar-free whipped cream and sugar-free syrup.
